About Me (:

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Education in Professional Counseling, specializing in Clinical Mental Health—but my real superpower? Holding space for folks to be real, raw, and resilient.

In therapy, I show up fully—humor, creativity, empathy, and a whole lot of heart included. I believe healing can be both deep and joyful, hard and hopeful. Whether you're untangling anxiety, navigating life’s plot twists, or just trying to reconnect with yourself—I’m here to walk beside you, no pressure, no pretense. Just real support.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me hanging out with my dog, binge-watching way too many shows, daydreaming about my next trip, or devouring sushi like it’s a love language.

The people I hold space for are often dealing with...

  • Autism Spectrum-related experiences

  • Anxiety and overthinking

  • Depression and low motivation

  • Women’s issues and identity work

  • Relationship struggles (romantic, family, or friendships)

  • Big life transitions

  • Burnout and everyday stress

  • Social anxiety and feeling misunderstood

  • People-pleasing and boundary-setting challenges

I provide therapy for adolescents and adults, ages 14 to 40.
