Resilience is the root. Healing is the journey.
You’ve carried so much for so long—now it’s time to be poured into. Rooted in Resilience is more than therapy; it’s a return to yourself. This is a space for unlearning, reclaiming, becoming, and healing. Rooted in Resilience was created with the unique experiences of BIPOC clients at its heart, while remaining a welcoming, affirming space for all who seek healing.
Here, you can shed old narratives and rediscover your voice, stepping fully into the life you were always meant to live. You are not just surviving; you are healing with intention, growing with grace, and rising with power. Each moment spent in this space is an opportunity to embrace your journey, one step at a time.
Together, we can begin this transformative process, where you can find support, understanding, and the strength to continue evolving into the best version of yourself. Let’s take that first step toward resilience and growth—together.
About Me (:
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Education in Professional Counseling, specializing in Clinical Mental Health. My real superpower? Creating spaces where people can show up fully—real, raw, and resilient. As a Black woman, I deeply understand the need for spaces where you don’t have to shrink, explain, or filter yourself—and I’m honored to offer that space.
In therapy, I bring my full self—humor, creativity, empathy, and a lot of heart. I believe healing holds both the hard and the hopeful, the deep and the joyful. Whether you’re working through anxiety, navigating life’s plot twists, or finding your way back to yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you—with no pressure, no pretense, just real support.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dog, binge-watching shows, planning my next trip, or devouring sushi like it’s a love language.
The people I hold space for are often dealing with...
Autism Spectrum-related experiences
Anxiety and overthinking
Depression and low motivation
Women’s issues and identity work
Relationship struggles (romantic, family, or friendships)
Big life transitions
Burnout and everyday stress
Social anxiety and feeling misunderstood
People-pleasing and boundary-setting challenges
I provide therapy for adolescents and adults, ages 14 to 40.

Deeply rooted. Fiercely resilient.
Pathways to Healing
Talk Therapy
Talk therapy is a space to be heard, understood, and supported. Through guided conversations, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences—helping you uncover clarity, heal old wounds, and reconnect with your inner strength.
At Rooted in Resilience Therapy, I create a space where healing feels safe, empowering, and deeply personal.
Virtual Therapy
Healing should meet you where you are—literally. Our secure virtual sessions make therapy accessible, flexible, and just as impactful. Whether you're at home, on a break, or in your car, support is only a click away.
